Thank You Lord For Setbacks

God, I know I have kept sinning,
Even though you've told me not too.
I would love to get rid of sin altogether
But I find it hard to do.

Lord, help me to get over it,
Lord, I am again on my knees,
Please I am begging you for forgiveness,
I am getting rid of all my filth,
For all your glory,
To receive grace.

I am preaching to all of my brothers,
To all of my sisters,
That we must repent and mourn for our sins,
As I must do the same.

Lord, I thank you for your setbacks,
I thank you and rejoice in this affliction,
For it is your fair, kind warning,
A small foretaste,
Of what is to come.

Call me crazy,
In the natural these calamities are all scary,
But if the Lord terries,
Or if He doesn't,
Let them serve as warnings,
To get right with the Lord,
With all your heart, soul, might and mind,
Even if everything is torn.

I know this,
And if we shall not repent,
We shall all likewise perish twice,
Once in the physical,
Once in the spiritual,
Into the everlasting fires of Hell.

Father if my repentance is too late,
I will prepare for Hell,
For it is your will to hate,
For it is your will to quell,
With my foolish ambitions.

In the name of Christ Jesus. Amen.

Again Pleading With The Lord

I know Lord,
That the day of terror is coming,
The day of mighty terror,
The balloon is becoming,
The revelation,
Where God will proclaim His glory,
On you and me;
Everybody will be held who is ungodly.

This is a message to you,
And to everyone,
We shall all follow God's command,
Otherwise, we will all perish evermore.

I, along with countless others,
Are going down swinging
Taking our clubs of wood, brothers,
Into the lake of fire as evil angels sing.

In my own life,
Satan has me under trials,
I have failed to ignore his temptations,
Instead I have ignored God.
Now, in this life,
I'm pleading, screaming for God,
To give me just one more chance
To follow him.

I plead,
"God I plead you,
To help me live a better life,
According to scripture,
Let me teach the unadulterated,
Unchanged word of the scripture,
To give the world a startling picture,
Of the fires that await us,
Lest we not repent.

Lord, I am full of guilt and remorse,
Please blessed Lord,
You have rebuked me of my sin
In the past, but oh Lord,
Please blot out my sins,
I am following you now,
I am preaching to all my family and friends,
Let us repent,
And do all that is clean,
For the fear of the Lord.

Let us speak good words,
Let us rebuke and forgive,
Let us come closer,
Come closer to He who gives
And He who takes away.

More Than a Request

If you know what's good for you,
You will not go into another war,
You will sit back, repent and serve
The one and only Lord.

You will not have a rebel government,
Who will not better the nation,
Who will not turn to God,
For any hope of salvation.

Obey God!
Obey your God!
This is not hateful speech,
It is the gospel we preach,
That you should hear,
In joy you'd cheer.

God has sent you
Warning after warning
To quit butting into things,
But you keep on carrying your pride,
Instead of recoiling.

My God, is there no humility
In this whole people?
No wonder why we're so in debt,
Our structures are so feeble.

Obey God!
Obey your God!
This is not hateful speech,
But God's warnings we preach
That you should hear,
Be of good cheer.

Instead of looking to Him
For timely guidance,
You ignore Him
With all your might and
Instead of heeding His warnings,
You set yourselves up for mourning
And distress!
It's such a mess, but it wouldn't be

If you obey God!
Obey your God!
Listen to His warnings of the siege,
Repent and He'll prevent disease,
Please listen here
Oh God, we fear.
You should hear this,
Be of good cheer.
